Iqon has a comprehensive Project Programming System to manage time.
Under our integrated and systematic approach, our programs also play their part in managing cost and quality.
For every project we prepare a Master Program. This identifies all the major activities and sets the project milestones we will meet to complete the project on time.
The Master Program is reviewed every month and the Project Manager formally reports on progress.
